A: We use durable stainless steel and Tritan™ plastic, both of which are recyclable and eco-friendly.
Q: Do your bottles keep drinks hot or cold?
A: Our stainless steel insulated bottles keep drinks cold for up to 24 hours and hot for up to 12 hours.

Q: Can I put my bottle in the freezer?
A: We don’t recommend freezing bottles, as extreme temperatures can damage the material and insulation.
Q: Are your bottles dishwasher safe?
A: Most stainless steel bottles are dishwasher safe on the top rack, but we recommend hand-washing to extend their life. Plastic bottles should be hand-washed only.
Q: How should I clean my bottle?
A: Rinse with warm water and mild soap daily. For deep cleaning, use a mixture of baking soda and water or a bottle-cleaning brush.

A: Standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days within the country. International shipping may take 7–14 business days.
